Andrew Denny is an absolute operator and incredibly honourable. We rented our property through his company and subsequently sold the property through his company. He was excellent to work with and as we live 200 miles away he was trusted to manage everything along with Anthony who managed things on a daily basis. I cant recommend Andrew enough. We used Edward Knight for the sale of our property. It was Hayley that first came out and did the valuation. She did not rush us and was happy to sit and chat and answer all of our questions. We were able to sell our property for significantly more than other estate agents had valued it at. Mark also helped with house viewings and was our point of contact once the sale was agreed. After little success with the previous estate agent. Edward Knight Estate Agents stepped in and stepped up. Anthony Daniel was our contact. He was clear, direct and delivered on what he said. Anthony kept us informed throughout the sale, he was responsive to our queries, right through to completion and exchange. Excellent service, Anthony! Really great experience with Edward knight letting agency. The staff were friendly, professional, and always quick to help with any questions. The whole process was straightforward and well managed. I wouldn’t use anyone else! The best service for lettings and, as a landlord, I won’t use anyone else. Aimee is simply amazing and always goes above and beyond. Her attention to detail, communication and work ethic is outstanding. It’s a rare thing in modern property businesses.
