You will need valid photo ID, proof of address, and evidence of income or employment. Additional documents may be required depending on your circumstances.

A holding deposit equivalent to 1 weeks rents is required to reserve a property. The security deposit is usually equivalent to five weeks’ rent and is protected in a government-approved scheme.
Yes. Your deposit will be protected in a government-approved tenancy deposit scheme. We use the Deposit Protection Service (DPS), ensuring it is held securely throughout your tenancy.
Rent is typically paid monthly in advance on a date agreed at the start of your tenancy.
Pet requests are considered on a property-by-property basis and are subject to landlord approval.
Tenancies are managed periodically, which means they continue on a rolling basis. Both the tenant and landlord have rights to end the tenancy, which is outlined in the Renters Rights Act.
Landlords are responsible for structural and major repairs, while tenants are responsible for day-to-day upkeep and reporting any issues promptly. We use FixFlo to manage all property maintenance issues quickly and effectively, which the tenant is required to report promptly.
Regular inspections are carried out by our team to ensure the property is being well managed throughout the tenancy period.
A checkout inspection will be carried out and the property should be returned in its original condition (allowing for fair wear and tear). Your deposit will then be processed for return.
